HEART-MIND ONLINE MEETINGS

Please join me and other kind-hearted Spirits for free online meetings!

LIVING FROM HEART-MIND online meetings are free of charge and 60 minutes long.

Each meeting begins with 30 minutes of guided meditation and afterward, the space is open for dialogue and explorations. To create a safe group container, no recordings are being made.
