There is an innate, biological desire in all of us to connect and bond with others. When we experience a connection to be overall safe and responsive, we feel nourished and uplifted in countless ways. The quality of our adult connections with others, though, hinges foremost on the relationship with ourselves: How attuned are we to our authentic feelings, legitimate needs, or true values? How grounded and alive are we in our own bodies? And, how deeply can we relax into our natural essence and find a sense of belonging within the larger Whole?

LIVING IN THE OPEN FLOW OF LIFE

Throughout our entire life, in moments of great joy or utter darkness, we are intimately connected with the Open Ground of Being which is  so subtle, simple, and yet ever-present that we mostly miss it. Innocent misunderstandings, and perceiving reality through the lens of our linear mind, and even unresolved trauma can make us believe that we are inherently deficient and separate from Love, Life, and Spirit.

 MOVING FROM EMBODIED CONNECTION

Join Cassandra Ogier & Annette in an exploration of movement and meditation with free-roaming horses. Horses guide us in becoming practiced and aware of our human experience through being present in our bodies. We receive a clear reflection when we are seduced into the mental ideas or images in our head. Experiencing this place of stillness, the peace, connection, and intelligence of nature that we really are, through embodiment, is freedom & empowerment.
